A source lead is reporting observed on a trusted feed the moment Citelink sees it — before anyone has checked it. Leads are unverified by Citelink and always link to the original publisher, so the read is the publisher’s, not ours. Each one moves from intake through corroboration into a published brief, or is dropped.
